Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit gamma5media.com (the “website”) or contact us about a project. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Who we are
The website is operated by Clubia Club Individual Adventures LTD, a company registered in Cyprus that trades under the brand GAMMA5 (“GAMMA5”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
For any questions about this policy or your personal data, email us at gamma5media@gmail.com.
What data we collect
When you send a request through the contact form
- your name;
- the channel you want us to reply through: email, WhatsApp or Telegram;
- your contact details for that channel: email address, phone number or Telegram username;
- the date and time of your request.
When you contact us directly
If you write to us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or LinkedIn, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation, such as your name, contact details and details about your project.
When you browse the website
Our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the website is used and how fast it loads. Web Analytics does not use cookies: visits are counted with a temporary identifier that is discarded within 24 hours, and we only see aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To reply to your request, discuss your project and prepare a quote: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To carry out and manage our work together: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand website usage in aggregate: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax requirements, when we work together: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not send you marketing without your permission.
Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting, web analytics and performance monitoring;
- Sanity AS: secure storage of requests sent through the contact form;
- Google LLC (Gmail): receiving and managing email, including notifications about new requests.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or LinkedIn, those services also process your data under their own privacy policies.
We may disclose personal data where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area or may process data there. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep your data
We keep your request and our correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to you and to handle any work that follows. If we do not start working together, we delete your request once it is no longer needed. Where the law requires us to keep records, for example for accounting, we keep them for the period the law requires.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A strictly necessary cookie may be set only for our team when previewing unpublished content. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email gamma5media@gmail.com. We will reply without undue delay and in any case within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Cyprus, this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Security
We use reputable service providers and appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored requests, to protect your personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our measures regularly.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
