The brief
Belle Air is a private residential project set among the pine-covered hills of Souni, near Limassol. Its character comes from privacy, modern architecture and a close connection to nature. We joined the project at its earliest launch stage, when most of the development had not yet been built. The film needed to introduce the future project and help potential buyers understand what living there could feel like.
The idea
Because the buildings were still at an early stage, we built the story around what already made the location special: the landscape and the lifestyle of Souni. Over several filming days, we followed a couple through quiet, natural moments in the area. Developer renders introduced the future architecture, while a long drone sequence showed the project’s setting and its connection to Limassol. Together, these elements presented Belle Air as a calm place to live, close to the city but surrounded by nature.
The result
GAMMA5 developed the complete script and voice-over, planned and filmed the live-action scenes, captured the aerial footage and brought the material together with the developer’s renders in post-production. The client received a presentation film for the project launch, used across Belle Air’s own channels and advertising campaigns.
