The brief
BRONTË is a new residential development in Paphos built around four ideas: comfort, community, quality and entertainment. The complex brings together 58 apartments with spaces for wellbeing, sport, work and family life. Reiwa Development needed a promotional film to introduce the new project and the lifestyle around it. The goal was to help potential buyers imagine what living in Paphos could feel like, even while BRONTË was still under construction.
The idea
The idea was to introduce BRONTË through life in Paphos, rather than through architecture alone. We built the story around two groups of future residents: a family and a young, energetic couple. Instead of showing familiar tourist locations, we followed them through natural, everyday moments — spending time together, moving around the city, enjoying the outdoors and living at their own pace. The live-action footage gave the campaign its human side. Viewers could recognise themselves in the characters and understand what living in Paphos might actually feel like. AI played an important role in connecting this lifestyle story with the future development. BRONTË had not yet been built, so there was no finished building to film. We used real drone footage of the location and combined it with the architectural render through AI-assisted post-production. This allowed us to place the future complex inside the real landscape of Paphos. Instead of presenting the audience with a separate 3D visualisation, we showed how BRONTË could become part of the city and part of everyday life. The film moves between real people, real places and the future architecture. This combination helped turn an off-plan development into something viewers could already picture themselves living in. Our team managed the full production process from pre-production to final delivery. This included creative development, planning, casting, location management, crew coordination, filming and post-production.
The result
We delivered a launch film that presents BRONTË as more than a future building. It connects the development with real people, familiar emotions and everyday life in Paphos. The combination of live-action storytelling, real drone footage and AI-assisted visual production allowed Reiwa Development to show the complex in its future environment before construction was complete. The client received a clear visual story for the project launch — one that helps potential buyers understand both what BRONTË will look like and what life around it could feel like.
